Sue Beno's Borage Cucumber Dip

1 Medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped.

 

½ tsp garlic powder

 

1 small onion, chopped

 

¼ tsp ground mustard

 

1 c mayonnaise

 

¼ tsp paprika

 

½ c. sour cream

 

Borage flowers

Borage flowers - sepals removed optional

 

Instructions:

 

1. Place the first 8 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.

2. Drizzle over salad greens or use as dip. Garnish with borage flowers if desired.

3. Serve immediately.

4. Refrigerate leftovers.
